Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party app, the resulting credentials are stored against your user account only. Connections are isolated per user — teammates cannot read or use your credentials, even on a shared agent.
AI processing
Prompts and agent context are sent to the AI server configured for your workspace. We do not forward that content to third-party model providers.
Retention and deletion
Your content stays until you delete it. Deleting an agent, a knowledge base or your account removes the associated content from active systems.
